These terms govern use of the website. They do not, by themselves, create a booking, allotment, sale, lease, investment, employment or other commercial contract.

4. Photographs, drawings, figures and project information

Project pages describe delivered work. Photographs of Smart Homes Karnal, Kalpana Chawla Space and Gold Floors published on this website are of those delivered projects. The Gold Floors location plan is taken from the original project layout. Pratham is presented through its original identity, the original application-pack map, and labelled artist’s impressions from the original project pack. No site photograph of Pratham is published.

Figures (homes, shops, independent floors, plots) are stated as delivered totals.

“Available” and “Sold out” describe current inventory position and are subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry.

Layouts, specifications, finishes, views, landscaping, amenities and photographs may not represent every unit, plot or shop, and must not be treated as a representation, warranty or contractual specification except to the extent expressly set out in the documents of a specific transaction.

External project websites, including smarthomeskarnal.in and kalpanachawlaspace.com, are operated separately. Their current sales activity, if any, is not restated on this website.

5. Certification

The IGBC Green Affordable Housing Gold certification published on this website applies to Smart Homes Karnal (registration GAH 21 1107). It was issued in September 2025 and is stated as valid for three years (2025–2028).

It is not a rating of Aegis Value Homes Limited as a company, and it does not apply to other AVHL projects.

Information for NRIs and OCIs is general guidance only and is not legal, tax, FEMA, financial or investment advice.
